these appear to be the ones! actually two different sheets though, very large hits, 48 to a sheet, two sheets+96 hits. From western PA- mid to late eighties, approx 235 mics.

These were sold as 4-ways, meaning each was the size of 4 hits, and perferated that way!
Super strong @ 1/4 hit strength.
