Apparently there are only 12-13 of these sheets with both signatures. Some of these sheets have recently been sold for 3000-4000 USD.
Some have been signed 'Tim' and some 'Timothy'. At least one sheet lacks date of Leary's signature.
The sheet is 18x18 cm and is divided into 400 perforated hits. The image has been printed with gold over purple.

My father's friend located in Wichita ks has one of these framed and won't let just anybody see it. Sorry. I have seen it only a few times myself.

There is still the question of how many sheets actually exist and what signatures they have. It seems that 25 would be the number.
I am still looking for images of the sheets. It is the only way to gather reliable information. I currently have images of four different sheets of which I own one.

I and Tom Lyttle arranged for these to be signed in 1993 or 1994. 25 were returned by Hofmann then sent to Leary who returned only 20. I still have 3 sheets

from what ive heard hoffman was angry about these not realizeing it to be blotter ? i know of atleast 1 more copy that was graced by the signiture of kesey as well just befor he passed!!!
