we´ve also two diffenerent blotters... with the yellow background it was DOI, with the white background it was DOB... the DOI were a lot stronger!

DOI is an extremely unpleasant drug in doses upward of 10mg.
Does anyone know how many mg is on a single blotter hit?

2 mg of even the purest DOI is a very VERY mild trip hardly worth writing about.
Perhaps you have your info mixed up.
DOI becomes rather significantly 'trippy' at doses of 3.5-4mg upwards.

Phikal says 1,5 - 3,0 mg.
i testet one and it has an effect, not as strong as lsd but long in duration. others who testet them say tehy are very strong.
