I just checked out bluelight.nu i guess some some assholes are dosing blotter with DOB and selling it as acid. this may be one of those blotters. check out erowid.org

This shit is floating around in the chicago area US i would advise people not to buy this unless they plan on taking alot and plan on getting DOB instead of LSD
